Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Air Medulin, we strive to provide the best possible experience in the sky. Because our flights depend on weather conditions and strict aviation safety regulations, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Weather and Safety Cancellations
Safety is our absolute priority. The final decision to fly is made solely by the Captain.
-
Pilot’s Decision: If we cancel a flight due to unfavorable weather conditions (strong wind, poor visibility, storms) or technical reasons, you will be offered:
-
An alternative date/time for your flight.
-
A 100% full refund if rescheduling is not possible for you.
-
-
No Extra Fees: There are no administrative fees for cancellations made by Air Medulin due to safety reasons.
2. Client Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to change or cancel your booking, the following rules apply:
-
More than 48 hours notice: You are entitled to a full refund or a free rescheduling of your flight.
-
24 to 48 hours notice: A 50% cancellation fee will apply. Alternatively, you may reschedule for a fee of 20% of the total price.
-
Less than 24 hours notice or “No-Show”: No refund will be issued. If you do not arrive at the airport at least 15 minutes before takeoff, it will be considered a “No-Show.”
3. Weight and Capacity Restrictions
To ensure the safety and balance of the aircraft, strict weight limits apply:
-
Max weight per passenger: 110 kg (242 lbs).
-
Max combined weight (3 passengers): 250 kg (551 lbs).
-
Important: If a flight cannot be performed because passengers exceeded these limits without prior notice, no refund will be issued. Please be accurate when providing weight information during booking.
4. How to Request a Refund
To cancel or request a refund, please contact us via:

5. Flight Duration
The flight times (e.g., 15 min, 30 min) are approximate and measured from engine start to engine shut down (block-to-block). Small variations may occur due to air traffic control instructions.
