1. Booking and Payments By booking a flight with AIR MEDULIN d.o.o., you agree to the price and conditions stated at the time of booking.
2. Safety & Weight Limits Safety is our priority.
- Max weight per passenger: 110 kg.
- Max total weight for 3 passengers: 250 kg.
- We reserve the right to refuse passengers who exceed these limits for safety reasons without a refund.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Weather: If AIR MEDULIN d.o.o. cancels a flight due to weather, you get a 100% refund or a new date.
- Client Cancellation: * 48h+ before flight: Full refund.
- 24h-48h before flight: 50% refund.
- Less than 24h or No-show: No refund.
4. Children Children under 2 years fly on an adult’s lap. Children over 2 years require their own seat. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Jurisdiction Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Pula, Croatia.
