FAQ
1. What happens in case of bad weather?
Your safety is our absolute priority. The final decision on the flight is made by the captain based on the latest meteorological reports. In the event of strong winds (Bura), storm clouds, or low visibility, the flight will be postponed. We will offer you the first available alternative that suits you or provide a full refund.
2. How many people can fit in the plane and what are the rules for children?
Our aircraft are Cessna-type (or similar sports aircraft) with a total of 4 seats. This means a maximum of 3 passengers can fly at a time, with the fourth seat reserved for the pilot.
Children up to 30kg: They must have their own seat and are counted as individual passengers (total of max 3 passengers).
Note: Children must be accompanied by at least one adult.
3. Are there any age or weight restrictions?
Flights are suitable for all generations. However, due to aircraft technical specifications and balance, the maximum weight for a single passenger is 110 kg (242 lbs), while the total combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 250 kg (551 lbs). Please inform us in advance if you have specific requirements.
4. How early should I arrive and what should I bring?
Please arrive at the Medulin Airport (LDPL) at least 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled takeoff for a quick safety briefing. You only need to bring sunglasses and a camera or smartphone. We recommend wearing light and comfortable clothing.
5. Is the flight safe for people with a fear of heights?
Flying in a small aircraft is a very different experience from standing on the edge of a tall building. Many people with acrophobia feel no fear in the air because there is no physical connection to the ground. Our experienced pilots will ensure you feel relaxed, and the stability of the aircraft during cruising provides a very calm and serene experience.
